1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8e884 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 8e884 online casino and sports betting platform, including all related features, content, games, and services available at 8e884.bio.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 8e884 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 8e884 platform.

2. Player Eligibility

Access to the 8e884 platform is restricted to players who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 8e884 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• 1 You must be at least 21 years of age. Date of birth verification is required during the account registration process and 8e884 may request supporting documentation at any time.
• 2 You must register as an individual using your own true and accurate personal information. Registration on behalf of another person or using false identity details is strictly prohibited.
• 3 Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 8e884 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, email address, payment method or device, is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• 4 You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of 8e884 or any of its affiliated software providers or game studios.

3. Account Registration and Security

Players must register a single account using accurate personal details. 8e884 implements KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and may request identity verification documents including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

• 1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• 2 All activity conducted using your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether the session was initiated by you personally. 8e884 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of an account where the player failed to protect their login details.
• 3 You must notify 8e884 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or if you have lost control of your login credentials.
• 4 8e884 reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification. During a verification hold, withdrawals may be restricted until the required documentation has been reviewed and approved.

8e884 will communicate account-related notices, verification requests, and material changes to these Terms to the email address registered on your account. You are responsible for keeping your registered email address current and accessible.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

8e884 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following supported Bangladesh payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8e884 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts.

• 1 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. The payment method used to withdraw must match the payment method used to deposit, subject to 8e884's discretion in exceptional circumstances.
• 2 Deposits are credited to the player's account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours. Standard processing time for withdrawals is typically within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad.
• 3 All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in the player's own name. 8e884 will reject and return deposits received from third-party accounts and may flag the receiving account for review.
• 4 8e884 reserves the right to require additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering screening may be subject to extended review periods of up to 5 business days.
• 5 8e884 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to check the terms of their mobile wallet provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8e884 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Players must read and accept the specific bonus terms before claiming any offer.

• 1 Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 2 Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per registered payment method, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. 8e884 reserves the right to determine whether multiple accounts sharing a household or device constitute a single player for bonus eligibility purposes.
• 3 8e884 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering requirements already in progress for bonuses that have been credited to active accounts.
• 4 Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited to the player's real money balance only after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed. Partial completion of wagering requirements does not entitle the player to a proportional cash-out.
• 5 Any indication of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using low-risk betting patterns to exploit wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to guarantee bonus profits, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game play at 8e884 are subject to the rules of the individual game or sport concerned. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game or betting market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets or participating in any game.

• 1 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 8e884 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. 8e884 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error or system fault affected the outcome or odds displayed at the time of placement.
• 2 The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market are displayed within the game interface or betting slip. 8e884 may adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice. Limits may differ between sports betting markets and casino game categories.
• 3 Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical results produced by real dealers in independently operated studio environments. RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. 8e884 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for variance in results experienced by players over any period.
• 4 In the event of a disconnection, server fault, or platform interruption during an active game session, 8e884 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session or apply the correct game outcome based on available server logs. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, 8e884 may void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the 8e884 platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure at 8e884's discretion:

• 1 Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. 8e884 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected financial crime.
• 2 Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or exploit the platform in a manner not available to a standard human player operating through the normal game interface.
• 3 Collusion with other players, dealer manipulation attempts, or any organised scheme to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players at 8e884.
• 4 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 8e884 support.
• 5 Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or display glitches in any game or platform feature to gain monetary advantage. Any funds obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be considered void and will be reclaimed by 8e884.

8. Responsible Gaming

8e884 is committed to providing a safe and controlled environment for players to enjoy its services responsibly. 8e884 supports responsible gaming through the following measures, which are available to all registered players at no cost and without requiring a support ticket:

• 1 Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly): Players may set maximum deposit thresholds from within account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• 2 Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion directly from their account settings. During a self-exclusion period the account is blocked from all game play and deposits.
• 3 Reality check reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them of how long they have been logged in and actively playing. This feature is designed to assist players in maintaining awareness of time spent on the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8e884 platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and the 8e884 brand name and visual identity, is the exclusive property of 8e884 or is used under licence from its respective rights holders. All rights are reserved.

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 8e884 platform without express prior written consent from 8e884. Unauthorised use of 8e884 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8e884 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

8e884 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

8e884 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or termination:

• 1 Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, or committing any form of fraud against 8e884 or its players.
• 2 Failure to complete required KYC identity verification within the timeframe requested by 8e884. Accounts that cannot be verified remain suspended until documentation is provided and reviewed.
• 3 Upon voluntary closure by the player, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method following successful identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

8e884 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. The updated Terms will also be published on the 8e884 website with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 8e884 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8e884 platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 8e884 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Players are encouraged to contact 8e884 support at [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings.
